瓶唇口，束颈，溜肩，隐浅圈足。瓶身以青花绘云龙纹，龙双角，五爪，竖发，下为莲瓣纹，肩部饰以朵云纹，青花发色纯正。
The vase is potted with a lipped mouth, a waisted neck, sloping shoulders and a shallow recessed ring foot. The body is painted in underglaze blue with a cloud-and-dragon design: the dragon is depicted with paired horns, five claws and upright mane. Below is a band of lotus-petal lappets, while the shoulder is decorated with cloud motifs. The cobalt blue is of a fine, pure tone.
