碗侈口，弧腹，圈足。碗内壁近口沿处以低温蓝釉为地，粉彩折枝花卉纹为饰，间以金彩描写的“卍”字，其下施松石绿釉，碗心处以低温蓝釉为地，将粉彩、金彩作八出莲瓣装饰。碗外壁施胭脂红釉，以粉彩作四处团花装饰，以折枝花卉纹间隔。碗底有青花“大清道光年制”六字篆书款。

The bowl is potted with a flared mouth, rounded sides and a ring foot. On the interior, the area just below the rim is decorated on a low-fired blue-glaze ground with famille rose sprays of flowering branches, interspersed with gilt wan symbols. Below this, the interior is covered with a turquoise-green glaze. The centre of the bowl is decorated on a low-fired blue-glaze ground with an eight-petalled lotus design in famille rose enamels and gilding.

The exterior is covered with a ruby-red glaze and decorated in famille rose enamels with four floral roundels, separated by sprays of flowering branches. The base is inscribed in underglaze blue with the six-character seal-script mark: “Da Qing Daoguang nian zhi” — “Made in the Daoguang reign of the Great Qing dynasty.”
