来源：此幅《暮归图》为李可染先生于20世纪80年代末所作。彼时，画家与萧娘水（萧金题）交谊深厚，往来甚密。因萧夫人生肖属牛，李可染先生特以牛归暮色之景入画，精心创作此《暮归图》，并于其生辰之际馈赠萧夫人
Provenance: This painting was painted by Mr Li Keran in the late 1980s. At that time, the artist enjoyed a close and deep friendship with Xiao Niangshui (also known as Xiao Jinti), and the two maintained frequent contact. As Mrs Xiao was born in the Year of the Ox, Li Keran specially took the theme of an ox returning home at dusk and carefully created this work, which he presented to Mrs Xiao on her birthday
